Shipping to the above-mentioned countries costs €11.99 for home delivery by La Poste Colissimo.
For Belgium only, delivery in a pick-up point is also available, for a shipping charge of €8.99.

The information you need to track your parcel is automatically sent by e-mail when your order goes from “in progress” to “completed” and is ready to leave our premises.
Thanks to the tracking number received by e-mail, you can check the progress of your parcel delivery directly on the La Poste website: www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois
However, if you do not have your tracking number, if the tracking details are not available on the La Poste website or if your parcel is experiencing a delivery problem, you can contact us:
If you choose Click and Collect, your order will be collected from our store in Lille (59), 7 rue Jules Guesde.
To find out if your order is ready for collection, an e-mail will be sent to you indicating that your order is “complete”. To collect it, simply take your order number and give it to one of our in-store team.
Please do not visit us if the status of your order is “in progress” as your order will not be ready!
If, despite all our efforts, you are not satisfied with your purchase, and in accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product(s) ordered, unless otherwise stated on the product sheet at the time of purchase.
Please note that some products cannot be returned, particularly “clearance” products. These items are clearly identifiable, and all bear the following notice on their respective product sheets: “This product can not be taken back, nor exchanged, nor reimbursed”.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (except in exceptional cases where the returned item presents a quality defect or an error in the order).
